About the role

The Front and Back Office Supervisor will lead a dynamic retail team within the Incredible Connection brand, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. This role combines strategic stock oversight, financial control, and compliance management to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement customer retention strategies and deliver high‑quality service to build lasting relationships.
• Manage inventory levels, minimise stock losses and ensure optimal product availability.
• Maintain strict compliance with company policies, legislation and risk‑management standards.
• Oversee cash flow, financial transactions and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in retail management.
