Financial Advisor

About the role

The Financial Advisor will promote and sell Momentum Metropolitan Namibia’s insurance and financial products to both existing and prospective policy holders. The role combines sales, client acquisition and after‑sales service to support business growth and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Market a range of MMI Holdings policy products and respond to client enquiries with accurate information.
• Generate new business by attracting, acquiring and retaining clients.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Collaborate with team members to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.
• Resolve product or service issues by addressing customer complaints.
• Perform clerical and general office administrative duties in line with sales standards.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks related to the position as required.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with at least 25 IGCSE points.
• Valid NAMFISA registration/licence number (advantage).
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing (strong advantage).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Clean credit record.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Prior experience in client service or sales, preferably in financial or insurance services.
