Digital Banking Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Banking Sales Specialist to obtain, retain and grow our digital and online client portfolios. You will work within the FirstRand Namibia (FNB) talent team, promoting digital banking solutions and delivering excellent client service to increase digital adoption and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively acquire, retain and expand digital banking clients within assigned portfolios.
• Promote and implement digital banking and related transactional solutions during client onboarding.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and product penetration across existing accounts.
• Conduct client needs analyses and recommend appropriate digital banking features.
• Monitor client usage, drive adoption, and implement strategies to improve retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Banking, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, digital banking support, implementation or customer service.
