Corporate Relations & Group Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a well‑connected, commercially minded Corporate Partnerships & Group Sales Consultant to join our team on a short‑term fixed‑term contract leading up to The Feminine Experience™ in December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Identify companies and organisations that may purchase tickets for employees, teams, clients or professional networks.
• Leverage existing relationships with HR professionals, executives, business owners and corporate affairs teams.
• Develop a pipeline of corporate and group ticket opportunities and secure meetings with relevant contacts.
• Present The Feminine Experience’s value proposition to potential corporate partners and convert leads into confirmed ticket sales.
• Identify opportunities for employee experiences, leadership development, client experiences or corporate gifts.
• Build relationships with organisations and professional networks that align with the event’s audience.
• Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, opportunities and conversions.
• Support the wider event team with partnership and corporate outreach as needed.

Required profile

• Existing relationships within the Namibian corporate sector.
• Strong connections in HR, people & culture, executive leadership, corporate affairs or employee wellness.
• Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, corporate partnerships or account management.
• Understanding of how organisations make purchasing and partnership decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence approaching senior decision‑makers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated approach to generating opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and meet clear sales targets.
• A professional network that can be actively leveraged during the contract period.
