Contractor – Cross‑Border Payments (Temporary)

About the role

RMB is looking for a Contractor to support its cross‑border payments team on a temporary basis. You will help ensure continuity of service delivery while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cross‑border payments duties as allocated by the business unit.
• Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible use of resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve personal performance and operational processes.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service in line with defined standards.
• Comply with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements related to foreign exchange and AML.

Required profile

• Banking‑related degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in foreign exchange or customer‑service roles within the financial sector is a plus.
• Strong numerical competence and attention to detail.
