About the role

As a Commissioned Financial Advisor you will provide tailored advice on a defined range of financial products to an allocated market segment. You will be individually accountable for meeting sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, processing cases, handling complex queries and resolving issues.
• Analyse client problems to propose technical or professional solutions.
• Receive and assist visitors, directing complex matters to appropriate colleagues.
• Enter follow‑up actions and relevant data into the CRM system to support retention and business development.
• Clarify customer needs, set objectives for sales calls and tailor presentations for decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute relationship‑management plans for prospective accounts.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory codes.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify business development opportunities.
• Represent the organisation at sector events, gather market intelligence and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct research using primary data sources and business‑intelligence tools to identify trends.
