Client Service Representative – Customer Support & Sales

About the role

The Client Service Representative will deliver prompt, high‑quality support to FNB customers, understanding their needs and processing requests accurately. The role blends customer service, credit risk assessment and sales to strengthen client relationships and drive digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance, resolve queries and complaints on first contact.
• Analyse credit data to evaluate risk when extending credit or lending.
• Maintain compliance with governance, operational and regulatory standards.
• Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, encouraging digital channel use.
• Build and sustain stakeholder relationships to support customer needs.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification (diploma preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in a client‑service or call‑center environment.
• Strong knowledge of WesBank products and sales support processes.
• Analytical mindset with good organisational abilities.
