Client Service Consultant – Branch (OMAO)

About the role

The Client Service Consultant (Branch) will deliver a positive customer experience by providing accurate product information, processing orders, and resolving issues. Working in a branch environment, you will act as the first point of contact for customers and help grow relationships through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach.
• Handle basic and advanced customer issues, including returns, exchanges, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Make prospecting calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Enter relevant details into the CRM system after each customer interaction.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Support renewals by delivering exceptional service to encourage continued use.
• Maintain compliance with organisational policies, regulatory codes, and procedural standards.
• Participate in personal capability building through training and coaching.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Grade 12 qualification with a minimum of 25 points.
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Analytical mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets consistently.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Knowledge of local vernacular is an advantage.
