Cleaner – Retail Store & Office Maintenance

About the role

ACDC Express is seeking a dependable and hard‑working Cleaner to keep its retail store, offices, kitchen, restrooms and storerooms clean, safe and welcoming for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the sales floor, offices, storerooms, kitchen and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, dust and clean windows, shelves, counters and floors.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen appliances, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with essential refreshments.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper and hand towels.
• Keep the store entrance clean and welcoming.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Greet customers politely and provide friendly service.
• Follow all company health, safety and cleaning procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years cleaning or housekeeping experience; retail experience advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable and trustworthy.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Legally authorised to work in Namibia.
