Business Development & Corporate Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking an associate to help early‑stage companies identify prospects, build relationships, and develop new commercial opportunities. The role will focus on business development activities such as market research, prospect identification, outreach, and meeting generation, while also providing exposure to broader corporate‑development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research industries, companies, and potential customers.
• Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to founders, executives, and decision‑makers.
• Build prospect lists and manage business‑development pipelines.
• Arrange qualified meetings for KG‑Group and its clients.
• Support strategic partnerships and market‑expansion projects.
• Prepare concise company, market, and opportunity analyses.

Required profile

• Based in Namibia with professional fluency in English.
• Previous experience in finance, consulting, business development, or a related analytical field.
• Strong research, communication, and commercial judgment.
• Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and developing professional relationships.
• Interest in early‑stage ventures, corporate strategy, and investing.
• Organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
