Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system and process changes align with strategic objectives. This role involves gathering requirements, analysing current operations, and supporting the delivery of effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interviews, workshops and walkthroughs to capture business objectives and constraints.
• Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Produce business analysis artefacts such as requirements documents, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Liaise with users, developers, vendors and testers to clarify and communicate requirements.
• Review functional designs and prototypes to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and review test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing and coordinate defect resolution.
• Assist with business readiness activities, training plans and implementation roll‑outs.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and support application teams with escalated queries.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder perspectives and reach consensus.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑organized, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, agile environments.
