About the role

We are looking for a motivated Branch Support Technician to join our Windhoek team. You will provide second‑line specialist support, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operation of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide second‑line specialist support to computer users in the Windhoek branch.
  • Answer queries, resolve technical problems and maintain network, software and computer equipment related to ARCH products.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on the spot and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Participate in overtime, weekend shifts and on‑call standby as required.

Required profile

  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience).
  • CompTIA Network+ certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.
