Branch Manager - Windhoek

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our automotive operations in Windhoek. The role involves overseeing daily branch activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all daily branch operations, aligning with company standards and strategic goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team through scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Set sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Manage stock levels and inventory control to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to maintain fiscal health.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Handle conflict resolution and personnel issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and administrative procedures.
• Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of progressive management experience, preferably in the automotive or motor spares industry.
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven leadership, team management, and staff development track record.
• Strong sales strategy and customer relationship management experience.
• Solid knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and supply‑chain logistics in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making under pressure.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
