Billing Analyst

About the role

DHL is looking for a Billing Analyst to support accurate revenue recording, customer invoicing, and accounts‑receivable processes. The role ensures that billing data is captured, verified, and maintained efficiently to support internal financial reporting and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare billing forms, documents and correspondence according to established procedures.
• Respond to billing questions and inquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Verify data accuracy, edit billing information from manifests, invoices, airway bills and system reports.
• Research and coordinate resolution of missing, incorrect or unclear billing information.
• Sort, batch, distribute and file billing documents; input data from source documents.
• Image billing documents (air bills, commercial invoices, supporting paperwork) and prepare invoices for entry into the imaging process.
• Generate manual reports and distribute invoices to customers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or billing (preferred).
• Good oral and written communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Accurate data‑entry abilities.
