Aviation Ramp Agent

About the role

The Aviation Ramp Agent supports the administration of Gateway Operations at a designated location, ensuring efficient and timely pick‑up and delivery of customer materials and shipments. This role works in line with business strategy, corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support administration of Gateway Operations activities to ensure efficient handling of pick‑up and delivery.
• Assist team members, under supervision, to execute effective operational plans for pick‑up and delivery personnel.
• Perform repetitive tasks to guarantee all material is collected and delivered according to corporate guidelines, customer expectations and government regulations.
• Administer safe handling and transportation of customer materials under limited supervision.
• Comply with established procedures for import/export regulations, duties and tariffs.
• Support general administrative tasks for on‑time gathering and delivery of goods from warehouses or small ports to larger ports.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or related operations.
