Area Manager – Jewellery & Home (Namibia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our Jewellery and Home business in Namibia. The role is responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses and stock losses while building and motivating high‑performing teams across multiple stores.

Key responsibilities

• Driving turnover across the region
• Controlling expenses
• Controlling stock losses
• Managing, developing and motivating staff
• Training and recruiting staff
• Managing merchandise
• Focusing on customer service
• Managing in‑store administration and security checks

Required profile

• A business or retail related degree
• 5‑10 years retail experience
• Minimum 2 years Area Manager experience (essential)
• Previous experience in Home and/or Jewellery retail environments (advantageous)
• Entrepreneurial flair with strong business acumen and turnover focus
