27-Hour Salesperson

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our team. The role focuses on selling products, delivering excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships with shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales activities to generate revenue and meet budget targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain and grow the customer base through effective merchandising.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Provide a customer‑centric experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Grade 127 with at least 12 months of retail sales experience.
• Strong teamwork orientation and self‑motivation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and initiative skills.
• Attention to detail and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic retail knowledge.
• Extensive product knowledge across all categories.
• Familiarity with business policies and procedures.
