About the role

The Namibia Tourism Board offers a range of internship positions across its offices in Windhoek, Swakopmund, Ongwediva, Rundu and Lüderitz. These placements are designed to give Namibian youth practical exposure to the tourism sector while supporting the Board’s operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

Assist department teams with daily tasks and project work to develop practical tourism industry skills.
Participate in the planning and execution of marketing, public relations, finance, and operations activities.

Required profile

Energetic and dynamic individuals with a strong desire to learn.
Result‑driven, motivated Namibian youth ready to contribute to a premier tourism destination.
