Trainee Financial Advisor – Outapi, Namibia

About the role

Momementum Metropolitan Namibia is looking for a motivated Trainee Financial Advisor to join its Outapi branch. You will help attract, acquire and retain clients by promoting the company’s financial and insurance products, while delivering high‑quality after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Source, develop and grow an individual client base through networking, prospecting and referrals.
• Meet clients in person to provide tailored insurance and financial advice.
• Manage and strengthen both internal and external relationships.
• Provide ongoing advice to existing clients to support retention and increase market share.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as a NAMFISA licence; COP qualification is an advantage.
• Police certificate of conduct issued within the last year.
• Understanding of the Namibian insurance industry.
