Part-Time Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Remote)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking qualified, internationally licensed psychotherapists and psychologists to join its provider network on a part‑time, contract basis. You will deliver evidence‑based mental health care through a tech‑enabled telehealth platform, supporting employees who have accessed brief online screenings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions to adults (and optionally children, adolescents, couples, or families) using short‑term goal‑focused EAP or employer health plans.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly within the scheduling system.
• Apply evidence‑based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with provider support, clinical care navigation, and administrative teams as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care that respects diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice counseling (e.g., Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker) in Namibia.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience.
• Active professional liability insurance at market rates.
• Conversational English proficiency and ability to conduct sessions in English.
• Access to a computer or laptop and comfort with tele‑health technology.
