German‑Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

Mindy Support is looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join its fast‑growing, fully remote team. The role is freelance, full‑time and starts on 21 September 2026. You will work on a rotating schedule of five working days and two days off, with shifts covering 8 am‑8 pm CET.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone calls, emails and live chat.
• Answer general inquiries and order‑related questions in German and English.
• Handle customer complaints, propose resolutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.
• Perform other related customer service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1) and functional English (B1) communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to follow a weekly‑planned shift schedule.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using standard office software.
