German‑Speaking Customer Service Agent – Windhoek

About the role

We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our dynamic aviation customer service team in Windhoek. You will assist customers with flight bookings, travel enquiries and after‑sales support while benefiting from competitive remuneration and career growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight enquiries and reservations.
• Manage flight bookings, amendments and re‑bookings.
• Provide professional after‑sales support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions.
• Maintain service quality standards and performance targets.

Required profile

• C1 proficiency in German (spoken and written) and fluent English.
• Grade 12/Matric qualification (or Grade 11/NQF level 3).
• 21 years or older with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Namibian citizen, permanent resident, or domicile resident.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

What we offer

• Salary: N$26,500 CTC per month.
• Relocation allowance of N$5,000 (if currently residing in Namibia).
• Shift allowance of N$15 per hour for night shifts.
• 21 working days of annual leave and 30 days of sick leave over a 36‑month cycle.
