FirstJob Development Internship

About the role

The FirstJob Internship is a 12‑month development placement at FNB Namibia, designed to give qualified youth structured work experience while contributing to business objectives. Interns will be immersed in a professional environment where they support research, analysis, administration, and project activities that add value across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on predefined work objectives aligned with the business area.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making.
• Assist with administrative and process‑related tasks.
• Participate in project work, providing support to project teams.
• Engage in on‑the‑job training and mentorship sessions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, etc.).
• Motivation for self‑development and lifelong learning.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to take on varied tasks.
