Digital Marketing Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Project Management Experts (PME) is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive outreach, lead generation, and online business development for its training and consulting services. This fully remote position works on US Eastern Time business hours and welcomes candidates from South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Zambia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outreach campaigns using Smartlead, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and lead‑generation activities.
• Assist with website content updates and coordinate content publishing.
• Track leads, monitor campaign performance, and handle follow‑up actions.
• Contribute to business development and online engagement projects.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and content management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
• Willingness to work US Eastern Time business hours.
