Customer Support Consultant – German & English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to customers in German and English, helping them resolve technical and service issues while representing leading SaaS, software, and hardware brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support via email, chat, and phone.
• Follow internal procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely.
• Apply modern customer‑happiness practices and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of client solutions.
• Communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
• 6‑12 months of experience in customer support.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
