About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our global engineering and technology company. The role is fully remote, based in Namibia, and involves daily interaction with international customers to support order processing and logistics.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding prices, product lead times and tracking numbers.
  • Handle inbound phone calls in English and German.
  • Maintain and update customer master data within the ERP system.
  • Support the procurement team with demand‑planning activities.

Required profile

  • Commercial degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics.
  • Proactive, precise and service‑oriented work style.
  • Strong organizational, teamwork and communication abilities.
  • High level of independence and commitment.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English (C2 level).

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
