About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Remote Virtual Assistant & Operations Analyst to support our growing training and consulting business. The role involves assisting with client project delivery, administrative coordination, and internal operations while working US Eastern Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support client project delivery and coordination.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and follow‑up communications.
- Track tasks, timelines, and reporting activities.
- Assist with proposal writing, research, and general administrative support.
- Organise files, documents, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal team members.
- Support internal operations and general business activities.
Required profile
- A qualification in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional attitude suitable for a fast‑moving remote environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
- Willingness to work US Eastern Time business hours.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Agile, PMBOK, or other project‑management concepts.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
