Construction Site Agent – Project Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Agent to lead day‑to‑day activities on our civil engineering projects. The role focuses on managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring that work is delivered safely, on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, including labour, plant, materials and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain site productivity, enforce safety and discipline, and monitor progress against programme milestones.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve on‑site challenges, adjusting plans to keep the project within budget and timeline.
• Report site performance, quality and safety metrics to senior project management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management within civil engineering or construction.
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage multiple trades and maintain site discipline.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on leadership style.
