Clinical Psychologist – Full‑time, Windhoek

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist will join Eureka Psychological Services in Windhoek to deliver high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic services to adults and children. This full-time, on-site position involves both individual and group therapy, contributing to the organisation’s employee wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostics.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for diverse client populations.
• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to team members.
• Support and contribute to mental-health and wellness programs within the organisation.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Proficiency in psychology, mental health, and counselling psychology.
• Experience with psychological testing and diagnostics.
• Skills in clinical supervision and mentoring professionals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant professional licensure or certification.
• Previous experience in employee wellness programs or organisational psychology is a plus.
