Anti-Trafficking Caseworker

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking an Anti‑Trafficking Caseworker to provide comprehensive, trauma‑informed support to survivors of human trafficking. In this role you will help clients navigate safety planning, access essential services, and rebuild stable lives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility, conduct intake interviews and develop individualized safety and self‑sufficiency plans.
• Provide case management, referrals and advocacy for housing, health, legal and immigration services.
• Maintain regular check‑ins to monitor safety, progress and adjust service plans as needed.
• Collaborate with community partners, law‑enforcement agencies and service providers to expand resource networks.
• Contribute to regional outreach strategies, distribute informational materials and lead public information sessions.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to human rights and survivor‑centered assistance.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a humanitarian or non‑profit setting.
• Ability to conduct culturally appropriate, trauma‑informed interactions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills
